Bat-Family’s Member, Batgirl Being Introduced in Gotham Season 5

This is probably Gotham’s last season, and it is already full of surprise. There is a rebirth of Joker, again. And in an interesting event, Gotham has just introduced a bat family member.

Yes, that’s Batgirl, Barbara Gordon.

But there is a problem. She is not born yet.

Barbara Kean got pregnant, and James Gordon is the father. And it is highly possible that this child will be Barbara Gordon, the Bat Girl.

But to make it happen, Barbara Kean will have to Die. And as the show is unfolding, this is highly possible now.

What my understanding is that, the trouble Gotham is having, will have Barbara killed, as in comics.

After that, Lee and Jim will adopt this baby girl and name her after her mother, Barbara.

Barbara will grow with her father and step-mother, and later will become Bat Girl.

Although, in the comics, Barbara is the niece of Jim Gordon, but many things have been changed already in Gotham.

We are also hearing the news that Joker of The Gotham will be a disturbed, tragic, and completely different version of the Joker which we have never seen previously.

Back to Bat Girl, she is the sidekick of Batman, just like Robin. Considering the age difference now, it is most likely that we wont see this happening in this show.

But if the rumor is correct that we will have Bruce grown up before the season ends, then we might also see baby Barbara grown up and become a Bat Girl.

And then there is a news of future Batman series, with grown up Bruce Wayne. Bat Girl might be there in that new show.

DC Universe has also been starting new shows, and they have already introduced BatWoman. Which has been part of recent Arrowverse crossover as well.

Again on Batgirl, Barbara Gordon is an extremely intelligent detective and martial artist who maintains a civilian identity as a librarian.

Soon, Joker shot her, and she was paralyzed. But she never stops fighting crime. She becomes The Oracle and helps Batman from Wheelchair, just like Felicity does for Arrow.

Let see how Gotham unfolds the future of this baby and Barbara Kean.

Danielle Panabaker is Leaving The Flash! We Will Miss Caitlin Snow and Killer Frost

Unfortunately the rumor is going on that after Carlos Valdes, our favorite Killer Frost, a.k.a Caitlin Snow, will also be leaving the show.

Yes, Danielle Panabaker might not be seen in The Flash after Season 5.

As evident in recent episodes, Caitlin and Cisco have been working on a Metahuman cure, that would completely remove the dark matter from the DNA, making a stop to any meta powers.

Caitlin is currently not in a mood to lose her connection with Killer Frost, but soon she might also use this cure, and lose Killer Frost forever.

Rumor in the market is that Danielle Panabaker has been looking to work in new projects. Working in The Flash is time consuming, and it is stopping her to pursue the new challenges in her career.

Some critics have also speculated that this could just be a bargaining tactic, just to get the bigger check.

While this could also be true, and this might be because of Cisco’s departure.

Caitlin and Cisco make a great team, and it is proven that one might not work happily without the other.

Both Caitlin and Cisco initially started working in Arrow, then they were moved over to The Flash.

Caitlin turned bad, became a villain, and ran away. But later she was able to control her anger, and Killer Frost and Caitlin Snow became friends.

Since then, Killer Frost has been more of a hero than a criminal.

Like other metahumans, Caitlin did not get her powers after particle accelerator explosion. Instead, it was in her genetics, passed on to her by her father.

Caitlin once wandered around in the snow, only to encounter Savitar. She asked if Savitar wanted to cure her, to bring Caitlin Snow back, but the armored villain wanted just the opposite.

Caitlin then asked Savitar why should she trust him. To prove that he can be trusted, Savitar removed his armor and revealed himself as a future version of Barry.

Seeing who it was, Caitlin agreed to do anything he wants.

And now, she and Caitlin are friends.

It would be hard for Caitlin to use the metahuman cure though. But if she is really leaving the show, this would be an ultimate solution.

Carlos Valdes is Leaving The Flash! Goodbye Cisco Ramon!

There is an unfortunate news. Our beloved Cisco Ramon, The Vibe, awesome character played by Carlos Valdes is saying good bye to The Flash after this season 5 ends.

It is currently not 100% confirmed, but the rumor is that it will be his last season. The show as it is unfolding, also suggests that Cisco would be exiting the show.

The first reason, which i have also been thinking about for long, is his personal life. When gypsy went away, he got sad and started to lose the emotions, and he has never been better again.

Cisco was unwilling to live on Earth-19 as a Breacher, and Cynthia was unwilling to move to Cisco’s earth. They visit each other for some time, but finally decided that their relationship is not going anywhere.

Since then, Cisco is having a hard time living his life the normal way.

What is Gypsy appears again? Gypsy might be missing Cisco too. And this time, it is highly possible that Cisco decides to move on in life, and leave Earth-1 for Gypsy.

Another reason i could think of is the tension when Cicada apparently killed Cisco.

This is not the first time Cisco was dead. Eobard has killed him before. There is a fear in him, that some day, some villain will just kill him like that.

It was too easy for Cicada to trap the vibe. The team Flash was left astonished when they first thought that Cisco is gone. I think, Barry would never refuse to save Cisco and give away his own life.

If Cisco remains staying like this, with low emotions, no enthusiasm, and no much interest in life, it is possible that the team Flash say goodbye to Cisco for good.

The other reason, which is most recent, and highly possible, is the use of Metahuman Cure that Cisco and Caitlin have been developing.

We all agree that Cisco has seen enough already. He has been dead several times, he lost the love of his life, he lost his brother, he was betrayed by his mentor, the fake HR Wells, and it is easy for him to say that his meta capabilities have been a curse for him instead of a blessing.

What if he decides to use the metahuman cure on himself, and stop being Vibe. He might then leave Earth-1 to join Gypsy, and might just even resign from Star Labs.

Barry is about to go missing, if the future is not changed. What else Cisco has to bear? He might decide that this is enough for him, and might not want to face another tragedy.

What would be the show like if Cisco leaves?

Personally, i would be deeply saddened. He will be missed. And i hope he doesn’t leave the show like this. The season 6 would be bringing new villains, and i’m sure they will be able to change the future and save Barry from being disappeared.

Cisco is here for now. Let’s enjoy the show. They know that Cisco is the key character, and losing him would not be good for the ratings.

Lex Luthor is Here! Joining Arrowverse in Supergirl Season 4

The CW is finally introducing the Lex Luthor to Supergirl/Arrowverse.

We already have the Luthor family in Supergirl. Lena Luthor and Lillian Luthor are part of the show since long. And we have already seen many references of Lex Luthor.

But in season 4 of Supergirl, we finally will have Lex Luthor in the show!

Lex is a friend and a foe of Clark Kent, the Superman. In Smallville, Michael Rosenbaum played an outstanding Lex, and he was there from the beginning till the end.

Interestingly, Arrowverse has never shown Lex Luthor till yet. While, there is Superman, and there have been many chances where Lex could be called in.

So far, The CW has not found its Lex Luthor actor, but this might have just kept hidden as well.

Show executive producers Robert L. Rovner and Jessica Queller revealed in a joint statement that they are excited to introduce iconic villain Lex Luthor to Supergirl and to weave him into our story this season. They said: “We’ve talked about having Lex on the show since its inception, and we’re excited to have him finally arrive. We can’t wait for him to shake things up in National City and watch him go toe to toe with not only Supergirl, but his sister, Lena Luthor.”

It will be interesting to see how Supergirl and Lena would react with him. And what role Lois Lane and Clark Kent would play when it comes to Lex Luthor.

Is there a chance Lex’s father also be introduced soon? He played a vital role in Smallville. And it will be fun to watch DC Comic’s another main character joining the Supergirl.

The Flash’s Grant Gustin Would Love To Be The Spider-Man

Grant Gustin is currently playing the role of Barry Allen on The CW’s show The Flash.

Although he loves every bit of being the fastest man alive, he would still love to play Spider-Man.

Before Grant had his own show as The Flash in 2014, he first had an appearance in another CW series, Arrow, in 2013.

He has also been featured on Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl as the superhero Flash.

Recently he attended ACE Comic Con in Seattle, and was asked what role would he play if he hadn’t been playing Barry Allen in The Flash in DC Universe?

He instantly replied Spider-Man.

He said, “I love Tom Holland, but Spider-Man. I love Andrew Garfield too, while we’re talking about it.”.

Interestingly, Marvel Studios is also looking for a new actor to play Spider-Man, and it has been talked if Grant would be able to play this role while keeping his role in The Flash.

In The Flash’s next season, Barry’s daughter Nora, another speedster is being introduced. And the show already has few other speedsters.

But Barry is the one, the show is surrounded with.

If somehow Marvel Studios casts Grant Gustin for the role of Spider-Man, would he be able to balance is work with DC and Marvel at the same time?

There have been few actors who have worked with both DC and Marvel simultaneously, but they are not Tier 1, playing the leading roles.

Tom Holland has also been doing a good job with Spider-Man, but many fans still prefer Toby Maguire over Tom Holland and Andrew Garfield as their favourite Spider-Man.

Anyways, thats only an opinion of the fans, just as many prefer Grant Gustin over Ezra Miller as The Flash.

The Flash Season 5 Rumors and Predictions

The season 4 ended with Nora Allen’s entry, where she claimed to be Iris and Barry’s daughter from the future, and committing a huge mistake.

The mistake will be revealed very soon though. Most probably its about traveling back in time to save her father, Barry. Such time travels usually end up messing the whole timeline.

Anyways, here are some Rumors about The Flash Season 5.

I think they make sense, and most of it would be true in the next season.

Here is The Rumor #1: Barry has a Villain Son and Future is full of wars.

Nora Allen is known as Rewind. She also has an estranged brother who happens to be a time travelling bounty hunter. And he is after Nora, chasing her like crazy.

Nora comes from the future where there is a war between metas and humans. The war was apparently caused as the result of Barry’s death.

It looks like Nora has been trying to reverse it, and make the future peaceful.

Rumor #2: Ralph Dibny Gets Married!

Comic wife of Ralph Dibny would be introduced in Season 5.

Her name is Sue. She is a vlogger, and doesn’t like Ralph initially. In fact, she dislikes Ralph too much that she would feel allergic to even look at him.

Iris will develop a friendship with Sue, and this perhaps would be the starting point of Ralph and Sue’s relationship.

Rumor #3: Cisco Finds A Girl!

The Flash season 5 will introduce Joe’s new partner named Valerie.

Valerie happens to have scientific background and she is a fiery Latino.

Cisco will end up developing a relationship with her.

What will happen to Gypsy? I’m not sure. Last season they had realized the love for their worlds, and had decided to put their relationship out of picture.

So, the Gypsy and Cisco scene is off for now.

Rumor #4: Mark Pellegrino of Supernatural To Have a Villain role.

The new villain role will be known as Cicada. In Comics, Cicada is a cult leader that worships The Flash.

Rumor #5: Caitlin reunites with her father!

We saw in season 4 during Caitlin’s childhood memory flashback, that when she fell off the bicycle, and Killer frost was revealed, there was her father as well.

We had no clue where her father had been. But now he will be revealed.

Interestingly, he also has a suspicious connection to Cicada, the new villain character Mark Pellegrino from Supernatural has been approached for.

Rumor #6: Caitlin Has a meta brother!

We never knew about this! Icicle is the name of Caitlin’s brother.

Icicle is a meta-human and has powers like her sister, Caitlin. How powerful he is, and what else can he do, we are yet to find out.

Rumor #7: Eobard Thawne Will Return!

It is rumored that Thawne will return for a multi-episode story arc. The story will be around Barry’s children.

The Thawne will be played by both Tom Cavanagh and Matt Letscher.

It will be interesting to see our best super villain back again in season 5.

 

Gotham Season 4 Episode 1 Review

Last season ended with a dramatic turn, when ras al’ghul appeared and brain-washed Bruce Wayne. It eventually resulted in killing Alfred and then bringing him back to life with the pit water.

It didn’t end up well for Selina Kyle, and she joined the bad guys with whole new goals.

Luckily, Alfred condition brought some sense to Bruce, and he felt responsible.

This forced him to become something different, a savior of Gotham. Here comes the birth of The Dark Night, the Batman.

Penguin on the other side, froze Ed Nigma to death, and now keeping his body trapped into ice, and using it as a display.

Penguin has also been able to get some public sympathy, and is now using it into creating a legal criminal state by issuing a license. Those with licenses can’t be touched by police or the Judges.

Jim Gordon as usual can’t stand it. He is fighting Oswald and his crew. Lucky for him, Bruce can help him, and he is also doing things to rattle Penguin’s plans.

Another interesting thing is the birth of Scarecrow. Jonathan Crane used formula developed by his father to help a gang who is against Penguin. But ends up using it for himself. Scarecrow is one of the finest character the movie Batman Begins was based on. It also helped Ras al Ghul almost take over whole Gotham.

In the coming episodes, we will be seeing even more improved Dark Knight with some suit modifications with the help of Lucius Fox, and a growing threat of Scarecrow. Penguin will keep fighting for some power, and Jim Gordon will be the one putting him into tough situations.

Overall this episode was just okay. It was not much exciting, but helped enough in building a momentum.

How Much Money Game of Thrones Actors Make Per Episode?

Game of thrones is a successful show, and has secured the most ratings. Over 10 million US viewers were recorded for each episode in season 7, and that are only the live viewers.

Most people watch them later, and many are in other countries that are not accounted for. And then there are people who download the show over internet from torrents etc.

Do the math, and the result will be huge.

Talking about the budget, initial seasons of Game of Thrones used around $50 million. The budget has gone up to over $100 million for Season 6 and 7. Still they drop out stuff to keep it under budget.

Let’s cut it out short, and find out how much the game of thrones actors actually make.
Show’s main cast has been divided into 2 groups.

The category A has 5 actors, who are being paid the most, and recently negotiated the deal. Combined, they make just over $2.5 million in total. Who are they?

  1. First is Emilia Clarke who plays Daenerys Targaryen. She is most probably going to be the queen soon. She makes around $500,000 an episode.
  2. Second in the Category A is Kit Harington who plays Jon Snow. He has been dead once, or may be twice after recently he was drowned into the icy cold lake and remained under it for few minutes. He also makes around $500,000 for each episode.
  3. Third is Peter Dinklage who plays Tyrion Lannister. In real life his story is quite fascinating. He also makes $500,000 for an episode, and we will be seeing him with the lead roles during the next season as well.
  4. Forth is Lena Headey, the Cersei Lannister, the current queen. In season 6 she took the power again and now one of the main cast of game of thrones. She also makes around $500,000 an episode.
  5. Last in the Group A is Nikolaj Coster-Waldau who plays the role of Jamie Lannister. He has been leading the recent wars, and might side with the opposite side in the next season. He is also in the $500,000 an episode group.

Before season 7, they were said to make an average of $300,000 an episode each.

In November 2016, a Hollywood reporter also reported that they each will make $1.1mil each episode for Season 7 and 8, which is now proved untrue.

Second highly paid group is Group B, which consists of many actors. It is still not known who makes into this group, but we know some actors who are in this Group.

  1. First is Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark. She is my favorite and many would agree that she should be among the Category A cast. But I think because of her age, she has not been able to negotiate the high payouts.
  2. Second is her sister Sansa Stark, which is played by Sophie Turner. She is also the consistent cast of the show, and has been recently seen with a powerful role.
  3. The third known actor in this category B is Natalie Dormer, the Margaery Tyrell. Though, she might never be seen again, she was in this Group while she was part of the show.

It is still not known how much the Group B actors actually make. It is for sure less than $500,000 an episode, but far more than other cast who are in Category C.

 

7 Ways to Kill The Ice Dragon

In season 7 we witnessed the Jon Snow and company stuck beyond the wall and daenerys coming to help them. Unfortunately viserion, one of dany’s dragons, was hunted by the Night King. It drowned into the lake and later pulled back and converted into an Ice Dragon by the night king.

Though, we are still unsure on what kind of dragon it currently is. Is it like white walkers or something else entirely?

We also saw its power when it broke the wall that stood for centuries and known to have magic in it. This has changed the whole game. Defeating the dead is not possible without defeating this dragon now.

Even seas and islands cant save them now since Night King can fly and wreak havoc upon them easily.

There are only few known ways white walkers can be killed. I assume that Viserion is the same and can be killed through one of those means.

1. Fire

White walkers are known to be killed by fire. We have seen it already on numerous occasions in the past seasons. Fire even helped kill the Ice Bear in Season 7. We also saw Beric killing many of white walkers with his lightning sword. And then we saw Jon demonstrating it in the Grand Meeting.

Although we are not sure if Fire can actually kill the Ice Dragon as well. At least we can agree that it can harm it to some extent, and make it weaker. A possibility is an arrow with fire to be fire at that ice dragon just like one that brought drogon down.

A man powerful enough like Night King can throw an arrow at it too. Just as the Night King did to Viserion.

2. Other Dragons

Second and the most believable way to kill the Ice Dragon would be other dragons killing the Ice Dragon. The dragon fire can surely harm more than the normal fire. And Drogon is strong enough with powerful teeth to tear Viserion apart.

Dragons are usually considered a killing machine with no emotions. But these dragons have had the love of their mother, and they might feel hesitant in attacking Viserion. Daenerys will also have to make this hard choice one day. If they show any hesitation, they will be gone.

3. Dragon Glass

Third known option is the Dragon Glass. Jon Snow had been mining lots of it. It can kill White Walkers, and if it can be attached to the arrow large and powerful enough to kill a dragon, it can harm Viserion severely, and could even kill it.

We might see more use of Dragon Glass in some other form. As Sam has been reading about it, he might have discovered something that could help create a new kind of weapon that could help target both white walkers and the ice dragon. Just like wildfire did to people.

4. Drown into Water

Forth Option would be to drown the ice dragon into water. For that they will need to bring it down.

When Jon Snow with his friends went beyond the wall and got stuck on a small island, many white walkers fell into the melting ice lake and died. This assures them that water can kill the Ice Dragon as well.

Ice Dragon might be flying over the ocean soon. And If they do something from the ships, they may bring it down just like Drogon was hit by an arrow.

But, flying over oceans mean that wights will have captured huge territory. This would make fighting them more difficult as their numbers will also be growing.

5. Valyrian Steel

Number five, The Valyrian Steel, that can kill white walkers. It might also kill the Ice Dragon.

But for this, either they will have to make a valyrian arrow, or approach the ice dragon closely to attack it with a sword.

I won’t be easy to just approach viserion and the Night King this way. The best bet is to use Valyrian Steel arrows.

Hopefully Sam has something on it as well. He might have the actual formula for creating the valyrian steel now. If he has it, it will be a huge plus for them.

6. Wild Fire

Number six is Wild Fire. We have seen on 2 instances it has been used. Very recent was when Cersei took her revenge and killed almost every enemy she had there. Wild fire is really destructive, and it can bring down whole army of wights. But how can it kill Viserion? Again, they will have to convert it into some kind of weapon that could hit the Ice Dragon.

Or, they could trap the Ice Dragon within some closed structure, or make it into a bomb to have an impact in the air.

That wild fire though, can also harm their cities and kill many of the people. And it would have to be used very carefully.

I personally think, they might use it, but not on Viserion. It would surely kill many of the white walkers.

7. Kill The Night King

Number 7, the most difficult of all, is to kill the Night King. This is the toughest thing they can do. But if they do it, it can bring down all white walkers, white Giants, and the Ice Dragon.

We have already seen in the past that killing a white commander also destroys all wights he had created. Since all wights were created by the Night King, we can expect that wights and the Ice Dragon would vanish instantly.

But Killing the Night King, it looks easy on paper, but very much impossible while he has the Ice Dragon. Drogon might help with this, or the large Dragon Glass Arrows with Fire on them could kill him. But we are not really sure what other powers the Night King has.

The Flash Season 4 Predictions

At the end of Season 3, Barry sacrificed himself and went into the speed-force. He fought with himself in the form of Savitar, and it was the challenge of speed for him.

Obviously he has to come back, and he will. This time, having stayed in the speed force, he will have some new powers, and hopefully the emotionally strong barry allen will emerge.

The most interesting thing about this new barry is his Suit. I personally like this new suit more. This is the suit Future barry had adopted.

In the season 4, there will be a whole new kind of villain. Known as “The Thinker”. This will make the whole Flash season somewhat different. In the past Barry had to have more speed. His sole focus was on gaining more speed. In this season 4, the rules will be different. Barry being the fastest man in the world wont be able to defeat The Thinker.

The Thinker is the man with fastest mind. Barry will have to outthink him. This new challenge will be quite stressful for Barry. And he will have to face really tough times and lots of failures. He will be heartbroken and often feel helpless. Eventually he will realize that speed is not the only thing in this universe, and will correct himself to focus on what matter. The Mind Game!

With these new challenges, I see a strong character of Iris West. Her role will be important now. She will have huge influence on Barry in coping with the tough situations. She will help him focus on right things and motivate him to take on challenges coming. I also see them in an improved relationship, with more trust and dependency.

Wally West will also be a grown version of a speedster. He had been happily responding to the Kid Flash image. He has got enough experience now, and has seen situations he couldn’t imagine at first. He was stuck in Speed force, and sure it had an impact on him. Looks like Wally will be a serious kind of speedster now, with some new name. There are theories by fans and many bloggers suggesting that Wally will have a lead role now, and will replace Barry as the main speedster saving the city. — I doubt it, but still believe that his role would be of some serious kind now.

Another important character that we all love is Caitlin snow, a.k.a Killer Frost. Many fans only want to see her as Killer Frost. The villain role on her is really exciting and is more energetic than a lab scientist Caitlin Snow. In season 4, both kinds of fans will not be disappointed. Caitlin will have a balance of two. She will have dual personality in this season. This will be doing great positive things and will also be equally evil at times. In the coming up suicide squad 2 movie by DC, Killer Frost will be the part of suicide squad. The TV show might have more evil role now than the good Caitlin Snow. In any case, she will be fun to watch.

Since we are having Supergirl, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow crossovers, There will be even more crossovers this season. Its been discussed that there is an underground fight club in Flash, just like they once had in Supergirl. Barry The Flash and Oliver Queen The Green Arrow would be fighting in that. There may be more characters involved. To what extent the club would operate and what impact it could have on our lead players, we will witness it soon.

Another thing circulating is that Barry will become Black Flash, a kind of Villain. Probably it will be the Nazi Flash, just like they did it in Supergirl and made it Soviet, now they will choose Nazi instead of Soviet. How will Barry become one and what would he do? Could it be Barry from different timeline or something like Savitar? The Flash team is known to work 12 hours a day during shoot. They are trying their best to make it interesting, and im sure they will do it!

In the Promo we also see Cisco using a new kind of speed gun that will bring Barry back from speed force. Cisco has been thinking more about himself and the people around him. Hes definitely not the same fun-loving Cisco we used to have before the flash point. He will have more power now, and he would be knowing even more about using his powers the best way he could. Although, I personally loved the old Cisco. The new always-in-serious-mood Cisco looks a bit boring. But in the end of season 3 he was improved. I hope he will be similarly joyful now.

With Harrison Wells, the HR, sacrificing himself, who will replace him? Well, they still have another Wells alive and well. He may move to this earth now. Or, they might invent something else. But HR had been a key player in all seasons of The Flash, they can’t simple just let him dead.
